This is one nylon spatula with two blades joined at the handle. The upper blade has a large open slot; the lower blade is solid. Slide it under a fried egg, pancake or piece of fish and lift. Squeeze the handle and the blades close like tongs, so bacon rashers and other food that would slide off a flat spatula stay put. Nylon will not scratch non-stick pans. It is about 31 cm long and around 73 g. Rinse it under the tap after use.
